Overview
Digital Survey Manager provides the ability to create surveys with up to 10 questions
with defined responses shown in drop-down lists, and 2 questions with free-form text responses.  The survey appears on the last page at the very end of checkout process (StoreFront confirm.aspx page), so it will not interfere with customer checkout and sales. 
 
Multiple surveys can be configured and the survey title, instructions, footer, thank-you response page are all configurable as part of the survey setup.  Look and feel are controlled through a CSS style sheet.
 
Survey can be rolled out in test mode that runs in parallel to the live shopping cart process.  Administration / configuration provides for full control over survey content.
 
Advanced reporting combines survey outcomes with customer and product order data.  Survey results can be exported to MS Excel or printer-friendly format.

   ▪  Survey installs as a control file tag on the SF confirm.aspx page
   ▪  Installation consists of copying a handful of files to the website server and then opening the administrative screen in a browser, which automatically installs custom tables to the SF database - no compile is required, and no SF files or tables are changed or altered in any way - with the single exception of adding the survey
control tag to the confirm.aspx page
 
   ▪  For websites already in production, the exit survey can be tested through a special test page that mimics the confirmation page and survey experience, shows data in reports, and allows for testing and refining of survey before brought into production

   ▪  Free-form responses are linked to customer name, order number, amount
and email for easy follow-up/customer response
 
   ▪  Response outcomes details are shown line-by-line for each survey answered
   ▪  Responses are cross referenced with products purchased to provide breakdown
of responses with purchase patterns
 
   ▪  Survey data can be exported to MS Excel and printer-friendly format
 
   ▪  Survey data is stored in the SF database and is available for custom reporting.
